Two algorithms for finding modularity in bipartite networks: LPAb+ (Lui and Murata, 2010) for binary networks and an extension of this algorithm for application to weighted networks LPAwb+.

MATLAB code is supplied to run both these algorithms and also to perform significance tests of modularity for binary bipartite networks against two null models.
