Description
This upload contains the source code and user manual of HSA, the version used in Zou et al. integrating multi-track Hi-C data for genome-scale reconstruction of 3D chromatin structure. HSA is a flexible tool that jointly analyzes multiple contact maps of Hi-C data to infer 3D chromatin structure of the genome. More information can be found at: http://ouyanglab.jax.org/hsa/.
